TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for Parsora.

These terms govern your use of Parsora, including connected analytics, Shopify store reports, the free Deep Dive and paid features where offered.

Effective 8 October 2026 — Shopify service
Free Deep Dive: Parsora currently offers eligible users one free Deep Dive, subject to data-readiness checks, reasonable service limits and anti-abuse controls. Service features and limits may change as Parsora develops.

1. The service

Parsora is a business analytics service operated by Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd., company number 09597715, registered in England and Wales with registered office at 565 Green Lanes, Haringey, London, England, N8 0RL. Parsora analyses connected analytics and Shopify store data and presents business observations (“Parses”), supporting evidence, Data Health information, Explore views and review exports.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to connect the accounts, analytics properties and Shopify stores you select. Shopify sign-in can create a Parsora account for a verified store owner. Linking an existing account requires explicit confirmation. Store installation does not automatically give every staff member access to your Parsora Business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google, Shopify and Parsora sessions and for ensuring that your use of Parsora complies with obligations you have to your organisation, clients and data subjects.

3. Free Deep Dive offer

Parsora may provide one free Deep Dive. Eligibility can depend on factors such as sufficient history, meaningful business evidence, access permissions, service availability and anti-abuse controls. If the selected property fails the preflight Data Health/evidence threshold, the free Deep Dive remains available.

We may change, pause or end the free offer, add usage limits, or offer paid plans. Price, billing frequency, any trial and applicable charges will be presented before you approve a paid service.

4. Google Analytics access

Parsora requests read-only Google Analytics access. Parsora is not authorised by this connection to change your GA4 configuration. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Shopify access and plans

You authorise Parsora to read the permitted store, order, product, inventory and minimal customer data for the Business you confirm. Creating an account or confirming a Business does not itself start a paid subscription. Shopify services remain subject to Shopify's applicable terms.

For a plan billed through Shopify, review and approve the plan in Shopify. The approval screen specifies the price, billing period and any trial. An annual price is billed for the year; a monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly instalment. Manage changes and cancellation through the Shopify plan-management screen. Access follows the subscription status and period verified with Shopify, including any scheduled cancellation. A free development-store test plan is not a public pricing offer.

An existing subscription from another billing provider is not automatically transferred or cancelled when a Shopify store is linked. If plan records conflict, contact support@parsora.ai before starting another subscription. Removing a connection or deleting a Parsora account is not a substitute for checking cancellation with the provider that bills you. Contact support for billing errors or refund requests; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

5. Analytical output

Parsora is designed to help you interpret analytics evidence, not to guarantee business outcomes. Parses and recommendations may be incomplete, uncertain or affected by tracking quality, attribution, sampling, data availability, configuration, seasonality and other factors. You should apply appropriate judgement before making business, financial, legal or other consequential decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass entitlement or rate limits, interfere with the service, probe or exploit security weaknesses, access another user's data without permission, automate abusive volumes of requests, or use Parsora unlawfully.

7. Saved reviews, exports and feedback

Parsora may save completed review snapshots and archived PDFs so that the result you received remains reproducible. Privacy erasure, account deletion or legal requirements can require removal of a saved report or its underlying evidence. Feedback you submit may be used to investigate issues and improve Parsora. Manual product-research inspection of an individual Deep Dive is subject to the optional consent described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and service changes

Parsora is an evolving service. Features, output formats, integrations, eligibility thresholds and availability may change. We may suspend access where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material technical constraints.

9. Intellectual property

Parsora, its software, branding and product design remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights you have in your own data. Subject to these terms, you may use and share your Parsora review exports for your own legitimate business purposes.

10. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information and connected-source data, including Shopify store data. Use the available Account and Business settings controls for disconnection and deletion, or contact support. Shopify customer-data requests and erasure notifications are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every store or analytics configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Ending use

You can stop using Parsora at any time, disconnect connected sources, or request deletion of your Parsora account. Manage any paid subscription with its billing provider as described above. We may restrict or end access where these terms are materially breached or where continued operation creates security, legal or service-integrity risk.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Parsora service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

15. Contact

Parsora is operated by Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd., company number 09597715, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 565 Green Lanes, Haringey, London, England, N8 0RL.

General enquiries: hello@parsora.ai. Support and account help: support@parsora.ai. You can also use the in-product Feedback control.

Optional connected sources

Optional Google Search Console and Google Ads connections are authorised separately for each business. Search Console uses read-only access. Google Ads uses Google’s standard Ads permission, which includes write capabilities; Parsora uses it only to read performance, conversion and campaign-configuration data and does not modify campaigns or budgets. Connected-source reports, selected accounts and sites, and connection credentials are processed to provide the analysis. You can disconnect each source in Business settings.

Shopify Merchant Data Processing Agreement

Version 8 October 2026. This agreement forms part of the Parsora Terms for the Shopify service. By confirming a Business connection after being shown these terms, the merchant instructs Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd. (the processor) to process store personal data on the merchant's behalf. The merchant is the controller, or an authorised processor instructing Parsora as its subprocessor. Applicable data protection law includes the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and other laws applicable to the processing. This agreement prevails over conflicting service terms concerning that processing.

Processing instructions and scope

The subject matter is read-only store analysis, inventory reporting, customer purchase-pattern summaries, saved business history and scheduled reports. Operations include collection, organisation, calculation, storage, retrieval, export and erasure. Processing lasts while the connected Business needs the service, followed by the deletion and recovery periods below. Data subjects are the merchant's customers and authorised store users. Data includes store and order identifiers, dates, amounts, refunds, product references, stock quantities, hashed customer identifiers, lifetime purchase summaries and merchant sign-in and permission records, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. Shopper names, contact details and addresses are not requested by reporting queries.

The service configuration, verified connection, privacy requests and written support instructions constitute documented instructions. We process only on those instructions, including for transfers, unless applicable law requires otherwise; where permitted, we inform the merchant before legally required processing. We promptly inform the merchant if an instruction appears to infringe applicable data protection law and may pause the affected processing while it is resolved. The merchant remains responsible for lawful collection, notices, the lawful basis and any necessary consent, and for authority to issue instructions.

We do not sell store personal data, use it for advertising or unrelated customer profiling, or make decisions about individual shoppers that have legal or similarly significant effects. If a shopper's consent, objection or restriction changes what may lawfully be processed, the merchant must send the relevant instruction through Shopify's privacy workflow or support; we assist with restriction, export and erasure. Store-wide reports do not replace the merchant's responsibility for decisions.

Confidentiality and security

We restrict access to authorised people who need it to provide, secure or support the service and are bound by confidentiality. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures under Article 32, including HTTPS, encrypted managed storage and backups, application encryption of stored access credentials, Business access controls, signed privacy-webhook verification, limited diagnostic logging and restoration procedures that reapply erasures. We test relevant isolation, privacy and recovery controls when changing them. We do not claim a security certification or uninterrupted availability.

Subprocessors and international transfers

The merchant generally authorises Google Cloud for application hosting, database, storage, task execution and operational logging; the current application/database region is US Central and backups are in the United States. Resend provides transactional email delivery when enabled, receiving recipient and message content. Shopify supplies the authorised source data, identity and Shopify billing under its own relationship with the merchant. We do not send Shopify customer records to a separate generative-AI provider in this release.

We engage subprocessors under written data-protection obligations providing equivalent protection and remain responsible for their performance of those obligations. We notify merchants at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles their store personal data, allowing reasonable objections on data-protection grounds. We work to resolve an objection; if we cannot, the merchant may end the affected processing and obtain return or deletion of the data.

Transfers outside the UK or EEA require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement, with necessary supplementary measures. We will provide information about the applicable mechanism on request. Permission to connect a store does not waive those requirements. If the required safeguards cannot be established, we suspend the affected transfer.

Rights, incidents and cooperation

Taking account of the processing and information available to us, we assist the merchant with data-subject requests, security obligations, breach notifications, impact assessments and supervisory-authority consultations. We notify the merchant without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach, supply available details about its nature, affected data, likely consequences and mitigation, and provide further information as it becomes available. We do not wait for a complete investigation to give the initial notification.

We make information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance available to the merchant and allow and contribute to audits and inspections by the merchant or its appointed independent auditor. Reasonable arrangements protect other customers' confidentiality and system security and do not prevent an audit required by law or an incident. Requests and notices can be sent to support@parsora.ai.

Return, deletion and retention

At the end of the processing service, the merchant chooses return of available store personal data and/or deletion, unless applicable law requires retention. Contact support for a return request before deletion. We delete live-service data without undue delay after a verified instruction; any legally required retained data is isolated and used only for that legal purpose. Shopify erasure notifications also apply to affected derived reports and history. An uninstall stops collection; Shopify's subsequent shop-erasure notification or a direct verified deletion instruction triggers erasure.

Useful canonical history and saved reports remain for the active Business's reporting purpose, subject to deletion and a review of continuing need. Temporary completed collection pages become eligible for cleanup after seven days. Failed or cancelled collection payloads become eligible after 30 days without job or page activity; active recovery work and open privacy requests are held until resolved. Cleanup is bounded and runs through scheduled source maintenance. Expired partial imports are fenced and cannot resume their old cursor.

Automatic database backups retain the latest seven successful copies; point-in-time recovery logs retain seven days. Manual recovery backups have a normal maximum age of 30 days, managed through a dated operator review rather than provider automatic expiry. Any necessary exception requires a named owner, documented reason and expiry date. Backup copies are not used for ordinary service after live erasure. Before a restore is made available, the separate erasure journal must be replayed and checked. Minimal erasure identifiers and outcomes remain only while needed to prevent restoration or recollection, or meet legal obligations. Downloaded copies outside Parsora remain the recipient's responsibility.
